Shay Hata - Coach

 

As a top producing realtor and busy mom, I know how hard the real estate business can be. When I started my real estate career in Chicago I had just moved here and I knew nothing about real estate or Chicago, yet I was able to quickly grow my real estate business and, within 4 years, was averaging $30M a year in transactions. Now we do 150 transactions on average a year for $75M in volume.  I did it through hard work, smart systems, and unique lead generation strategies, which I'm happy to share with you.  I offer personalized one-on-one coaching tailored to your exact needs.  As a practicing realtor, I'm in the trenches every day just like you, therefore, I share practical tips as well as my templates, systems and forms which you can implement from Day 1 to grow and streamline your business. 

 

 

Pricing is as follows:

1.  Every other week 45 minute private coaching sessions via phone plus homework between the sessions:  $750 per month (This is my most frequented option as I give a lot of homework between the sessions and often it takes coaching clients the full two weeks to complete the homework)

2.  Weekly 45 minute private coaching sessions via phone plus homework between the sessions:  $1,250 per month

3.  Unlimited coaching sessions: $1750 per month.  You have unlimited access to me from 9am - 3:30pm Mon through Fri as well as emergency access nights and weekends to answer questions via text, email or phone in addition to our regular 45 minute weekly coaching calls.

I ask for a 6 month minimum commitment for whichever option you choose as it takes time to implement systems, get into a rhythm, and see results.  The first 6 month are paid up front before our first coaching session. After 6 months, the program is implemented on a month to month basis and you can cancel anytime.  For the above options there are no refunds or credits if you do not use all of your coaching sessions in a month as I block that time out for you and only take a limited number of coaching client; however, you can carry over calls to the next month as long as they are all used within the 6 month time period.

  • If you have assistants then my assistants can be available train your assistants on our various systems and answer their questions on an ongoing basis

How to Get Started

If my coaching program might be a good fit for you, please fill out my Coaching Intake Form (click where it says Coaching Intake Form in the previous sentence).  It's an in depth survey which helps me analyze your business as it asks about your challenges, goals, current production, strengths and weaknesses, lead sources, the programs you're currently using, etc. Once the survey is filled out I'll reach out to you to schedule a free 30 minute phone call to discuss the results of your survey so we can see if we'll be a good fit to coach together and to answer any questions you might have about how my coaching program works.  During our call we'll talk about which of the below topics you want to focus on or if there are other topics we need to tackle together.  If after our free 30 minute consultation you feel this is the right fit for you then we can set up your weekly or every other week conference calls and the coaching program will be customized to create a program just for you based on your responses and goals. Overall, my goal is to make sure we achieve your goals.  Conference calls can be scheduled Mon - Fri from 9am CT to 3:30pm CT.  Payment can be made monthly via Venmo or Zelle. 

Please note that I do not have coaching calls the week of  Thanksgiving or Christmas. I also take off two weeks (one week two separate times) during the year for vacation and do not have calls the weeks I'm on vacation. If you are a weekly coaching client, I will give you enough homework to last for two weeks when I'm on vacation or over Thanksgiving/Christmas. If you are an every other week coaching client, we'll simply move your call to a different week.
