- Send just listed e-cards to every Realtor in the area advertising your home as a new Coming Soon listing
- Conduct a broker open as soon as it's live in the MLS
- Schedule and advertise our first open house to take place the Sunday after your listing goes live in the MLS with showings delayed until the open house to built excitement and create a feeding freezing for your home the day it becomes active in the public MLS
- Install a Coming Soon For Sale sign in front of your building or in your yard to build excitement
- Hang professional flyers outside your property which passerby’s can take for additional information about the Coming Soon listing
Generally the above takes 48-72 hours. After that, as soon as the photos are back from the photographer, your property can go live in the MLS and we can start showing it once it's live in the public MLS!
