After every showing, regardless of whether we show the property in person or the other Realtor uses a lockbox, the showing Realtor is emailed for feedback. Typically, Realtors only respond about 25% of the time, simply because they are busy. However, when they do respond it is sometimes vague. Potential buyers and Realtors often do not say what is exactly on their mind in fear of offending the homeowner or listing agent. Therefore, we’ve created this handy dandy guide to help you decipher some of the feedback commonly left by buyers and their representatives.
